Development Associate & Events Assistant

This position supports several aspects of the organization, in the areas of special events-based fundraising, donor-centered communication, and marketing.
Duties include coordination and involvement with every aspect of annual fundraising events. This includes drafting event-related letters and memos; coordinating numerous mailings; maintaining “source mailing lists” from the database; identifying individual and corporate sponsors; identifying honorees; liaising with the event Chairs; liaising with other members of the events’ creative team; identifying auction donations; coordinating components of live and silent auctions; developing and administering print, online and email marketing campaigns. Other related duties and responsibilities as needed, including support of other fundraising and cultivation events.
Help to provide donors with private affirmations of appreciation, meaningful information about our organization and its work and progress, and public acknowledgement of donors for their contributions. Other related duties and responsibilities as needed.

Part-time ABA therapists needed to work with adolescent students in the classroom and community setting. The hours will be from 2pm to 5pm with opportunities for additional hours and room to grow. Our program focuses on functional community based skills. Experience with individuals with autism and a BA in Education and/or Psychology.
